This sweater is made from Merino wool, which is different from ordinary wool. It has a finer and softer texture, making it suitable for wearing directly against the skin and more comfortable. Therefore, it is recognized as one of the best wools in the world.

The wool is soaked and washed to remove dirt, grease, and other impurities.  It's important to note that this process does not harm the sheep.
